About SRI VENKATESWARA UNIVERSITY:

The Rayalaseema Region of Andhra Pradesh's residents' educational requirements and ambitions led to the establishment of Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati in 1954. The University is dedicated to meeting the needs of higher education and offers a full range of post-graduate programmes in the disciplines of arts, sciences, law, management, education, physical education, engineering, and pharmacy. This is after 68 years of excellence in teaching, research, extension, and outreach activities. The university started out small, with just one college and six departments. Now, it has five constituent colleges, including the College of Arts, the College of Sciences, the College of Commerce, Management & Computer Science, the College of Pharmacy, and the College of Engineering, with 52 departments and 88 programmes.

The university is regarded as one of the best in the nation and received an A+ GRADE FROM NAAC-2017 for its remarkable advancements in higher education and research.

Sri Venkateswara University College hostels for ladies Started in 1954 with the best Block. Now it has nine Blocks, five in Premises-I and four in Premises-II along with a Working Women’s Hostel. There are 3 Kitchens and 5 eating halls. The hostel workplace is connected to the hostels with fourteen workplace staff and a Manager. Every Office Assistant is assigned to display the wishes of the scholars of 5 college Constituent colleges.

Hostels are run with the steerage of Wardens and Six Deputy Wardens. An R.O Unit with Cooling Water facility which serves the consuming water to all of the college students on each the premises.
