RBU is authorised to confer degrees by letter No. 8-23/2014 (CPP-I/PU), which was issued in accordance with Punjab Act No. 16 of 2014 and notification No. 17-leg/2014, dated August 13, 2014, both of which were announced by the UGC under Section 22 of the UGC Act 1956. by the University Grant Commission on September 26, 2014 (UGC). Admission Process for RAYAT BAHRA UNIVERSITY:
