ABOUT NETAJI SUBHAS UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY:
In accordance with the Delhi Gazette article published on September 27, 2018 under the number F. 14(7)/LA-2015/PF-III/SB(2018)/2017. — The Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 26th September 2018 as the date on which the University by the name of Netaji Subhas University of Technology, shall be established in accordance with the authority granted under sub-section (1) of section 3 of The Delhi Netaji Subhas University of Technology Act, 2017 (DELHI ACT 06 of 2018).
Higher technical education is offered at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) in India. The founding vice chancellor of Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi, is Prof. Jai Prakash Saini.
The Delhi Act 06 of 2018 (The Delhi Netaji Subhas University of Technology Act, 2017) (As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 10th August, 2017) An Act to provide for the reconstitution and upgrade of the Netaji Subhas University of Technology as a non-affiliating Netaji Subhas University of Technology, to provide for education and research in branches of engineering, technology, sciences, humanities, social sciences, and management, to advance learning and knowledge dissemination in such branches, and to provide for certain other matters connected with or incidental to.
Previously known as Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), this Indian institution of higher technical education is governed by the NCT of Delhi and is affiliated with the University of Delhi. It was founded in 1983 under the name Delhi Institute of Technology with the goal of addressing the rising demand for skilled labour in the rapidly developing disciplines of engineering and technology with a tight connection to the social and industrial sectors. The institute has established a reputation for excellence in technical education and research both domestically and globally throughout time.

Admission Process for NETAJI SUBHAS UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY:
The qualifying requirements for admission to NETAJI SUBHAS UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY are as follows.

• Twenty national English and Hindi newspapers, together with 60 publications that are regularly purchased, are available in the NSUT Central Library. • An air-conditioned auditorium with more than three hundred seats has been built at NSU to accommodate the need for hosting national and international seminars. For the planning of cultural events and various academic contests, the auditorium is perfect.
