Ph.D. (Commerce) is a doctoral level course. The goal of this program train professionals and teachers in the skills and competencies related to the systematic investigation of many issues and problems in the area of Accounting & Finance, such as, operations of capital markets, preparation and interpretation of financial,  management of risk, the evaluation of financial assets, and managerial information useful for an understanding of the theory and practice of investment and finance
