ABOUT MAHARANA PRATAP HORTICULTURE UNIVERSITY:

As a result of His Excellency, the Governor of Haryana's approval of the formation of the Haryana State University of Horticultural Sciences (MHU) at the hamlet of Anjanthali (Karnal), which was made possible by Act No. 32 of 2016, the University was established on November 28, 2016. The location of the university is at a latitude of 300 North and a longitude of 770 East, 21 kilometers from Karnal on National Highway Number One heading to Ambala. It is connected to Nilokheri Railway station and is about 146 kilometers from Delhi.
