About IMS UNISONUNIVERSITY:

The Institute of Management Studies, now known as IMS Unison University (IUU), was founded in 1996 and is a part of the Unison Education Foundation. The establishment of IMS Unison University received clearance from the Government of Uttarakhand in 2013 after the institution had successfully contributed to higher education. With a more than 25-year history, we take great pride in our innovative past, illustrious present, and promising future.

IMS UNISON UNIVERSITY CO-CURRICULAR:
For students in BHM III's third semester, a special session on whisky appreciation was held at the School of Hospitality Management. Scotch, Irish, and Bourbon whiskies were tasted, swirled, and rated for colour, aroma, flavour, and finish. Understanding the characteristics of various whiskies as well as their distinctive qualities was the goal of the session.

This session's extension focused on making the whiskey-based drink "Whisky Sour." As per current industry trends, SoHM offers a special training programme for aspiring bartenders.
