ABOUT ICFAI UNIVERSITY:
The ICFAI University Act 2003 (Act No. 16 of 2003), which was approved by the Uttaranchal Legislative Assembly and received the Governor's assent on July 8, 2003, founded the ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand (hence referred to as the University). Federal Register, Uttaranchal

The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (Icfai), a non-profit educational society founded in 1984 under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Public Societies Registration Act, 1350 F (Act No. 1 of 1350 F), is the sponsor of the ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The ICFAI University's mission is to provide students, working executives, and professionals in India with training in finance and management.

According to their letter No. F.9-26/2003 (CPP-I) dated July 22, 2005, the University Grants Commission (UGC) includes the ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on its list of institutions under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The ICFAI University, Dehradun's programmes have received approval from the Distance Education Commission (DEC).

A non-public university called ICFAI Dehradun was founded in 2003. The university is permitted to function as an academic institution by the Uttarakhand state government. The campus is situated in Uttarakhand's Dehradun.

ICFAI Dehradun was founded in 2003 as a result of Uttaranchal's State Legislative Assembly Act (No. 16 of 2003). The intention is to promote academic excellence for the coming generation.
