B.Sc. (Hons.) Genetics is a bachelor level Genetics course. Duration of this course is 3-years long its syllabus is divided into 6-semesters and it may be provided on part time basis by various institutes. It is a discipline of biology, heredity, is the science of genes, and variation in living organisms. Genetics contract with the molecular structure and function of genes, with patterns of inheritance from parent to offspring, and with gene distribution, variation and change in populations.
