ABOUT ETERNAL UNIVERSITY:
According to the UGC public notice on private universities dated April 18, 2011, Eternal University is an NAAC Accredited & ISO 9001: 2015 Certified University that was established under the Himachal Pradesh Private University (Establishment & Regulation) Act 2006 and Himachal Pradesh Government Act No. 3 of 2009.
Sant Attar Singh Ji, a renowned visionary of the 20th century, had the insight that contemporary scientific education alone will not benefit humanity until and unless it is combined with Braham Vidya (Spiritual Education).

The graduates of this exceptional educational institution will excel academically and possess strong moral principles (i.e. they will have love for humanity, compassion for the weak and the underdog, and sense of selfless service for the community). These grads will try to bring about universal peace that will last forever. Wherever they choose to live, work, and raise their families, they will serve as peace ambassadors.
Additionally, Sant Teja Singh Ji built a modest place of worship at Baru Village and offered ardas to the all-powerful God (Waheguru) in order to request the establishment of a higher education institution there (as vision and wishes of Sant Attar Singh Ji). Thus, that day in Baru Sahib, the conceptual and spiritual basis of Eternal University was built.

Admission Process for ETERNAL UNIVERSITY:

The qualifying requirements for admission to ETERNAL UNIVERSITY are as follows.

• The University has a small intake capacity for Ph.D. candidates in its 15 areas of emphasis in research.

• The minimal requirement for a Ph.D. is a Master's degree in the relevant or closely related field with a minimum grade of 55%. Additionally, candidates pursuing Ph.D. programmes in English, music, and nursing may apply if they hold an M.Phil. in the relevant field.

• The university's admission test is used as the foundation for choosing the students for this programme.

ETERNAL UNIVERSITY FACILITIES:
The Eternal University campus has excellent infrastructure and all the necessary institutions and amenities for comfortable living and academic activities.

The 1 lakh that is charged for the whole course includes the 50,000 for the dorm (as of 2017). Hostel facilities are excellent. There are geysers available, and next to them, there is a facility for using the warm water from the boilers that are powered by solar panels.
